Hello, I'm Sabrina Liu.

A Project Manager and Digital Product Designer driven by structure, empathy, and a passion for emerging tech.

I’ve always been someone who finds clarity in chaos.
My career has been shaped by bridging worlds that rarely speak the same language — design and engineering, Agile and Waterfall, traditional manufacturing and emerging technologies. With over 6 years of experience, I’ve worked across global supply chains and digital products, collaborating with teams connected to world-class companies like Apple, Meta, Google, and Microsoft. But beyond frameworks and timelines, my philosophy is simple:
great products are built by empowered teams. Rather than just managing projects, I focus on creating environments where teams can do their best work — where psychological safety exists, collaboration flows naturally, and diverse perspectives are valued. Whether I’m coordinating complex systems or prototyping a 0-to-1 AR experience, my goal remains the same:
to turn complex problems into clear, human-centered solutions that teams can actually build. When I'm not orchestrating project timelines, you'll find me exploring art galleries, staying active, or planning my next adventure– always with a well-thought-out plan, of course!
